Deposits
Some services may require a deposit. Deposits are non-refundable, unless the cancellation is made before any work has begun.

Service Payments
Payments made for completed work are non-refundable, as time and labor cannot be returned.

Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule a service, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will do our best to accommodate you.

Billing Questions
If you believe there is an error on an invoice, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it, and we will review it.
